General policies
To register your building or start the Certification Process you are previously required to pay the mandatory fees established for each case.
These fees will be imposed depending onthescaleof the buildingand the phase in which the construction process is at that moment.
They do not include the Authorized Evaluator’s fees. These do not depend on GBC España, but are determined by each Evaluator.
If, once certified, the building requires a new certification- due to its increase in size by addition of new phases, buildings of similar characteristics already evaluated, or by any other reason technically justified-, a new personalized estimate will be carried out.
The established fees do not include further evaluation processes that may be necessary – due to complaints or as a result of modifications in the project or building work-. These modifications will be charged according to the fee fixed for the phase in which the project is at that moment.
Prices do not include taxes I.V.A. or .I.G.I.C. that may be applied.
