Authorized VERDE Evaluator Courses

Aim of the course

To acquire deep knowledge on the VERDE Certification method and the construction evaluation process in newly built structures, be yet residential or office use.

To obtain the title “GBCe Authorized Evaluator for VERDE Certification of Residential and Office Buildings”. This is indispensable if an evaluation and further certificate is to be performed.

 

Courses

Course to be taken in 21 hours, from Wednesday to Friday. Presentation of the main contents, in these three days, which should later be learnt by the student in approximately 100 hours.

 

Addressees

Those holding a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Engineers, Architects, Surveyors and professionals of the Environmental field in general.

 

Prerequisites

To take the course and obtain the Authorized Evaluator title, you must fulfill the following prerequisites:

  • Education: The applicant must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the building or environmental management field.
  • Work Experience: The applicant must have at least 18 months work experience in a Developer or Building company or Architecture or Engineering practice.
  • Access to the course, requisites: In order to have access to the course, the applicant must be acquainted with Environmental Certification procedures.
